Every time i have been in never any ques, shop assistants always willing to help. Overall good quality of clothes but i do tend to find they shrink at high heats in thr washing machine. Fine with a cooler temperature. Overall very positive.

I agree with Ellie - I was really disappointed with the range of stock in this particular H&M - it seems to focus heavily on a certain style of clothing - smarter wear, rather than the usual casual and more funky clothing and accessories. Worth a look in winter for the scarves and jumpers, but all in all not the greatest clothes shop on Guildford high street.

H&M is one of my favourite shops, but not this one. I was so excited for the opening but disappointed when it did. The store isn't very large (okay, not its fault!) but means not as much stock. The Guildford store seems to have all of the womens fashion in (black shirts and trousers) but none of the things that attract me to the ones in Kingston and Leeds which I love. All the young fashion and bright colours and prints seem to be missing from this store which is a shame, as cheap and cheerful clothing is exactly what Guildford high street needs when it is surrounded by the posh shops like Hobbs and LK Bennett. A disappointment, but there are other stores with a better range for younger people.
