I've recently purchased a SAD product from this company.SAD meaning seasonal affective disorder which is fairly common amongst most of us. I found that it does work, it brings me back to life. It acts as day light for theses dull days. I only use it for the lowest session which is 30 minutes which is plenty for me. You automatically feel better, I noticed a difference within 1 week.
