Morethan provide really good Home Insurance cover, it is reasonably priced and covers a wide range of things including damage caused by pets which was perfect for us. However, the problems arise when you have to speak to them about anything to do with your policy or if you have a claim. The staff were not very knowledgeable and preferred to pass you around instead of answering a question, they never called you back when promised and we even had cases of staff being rude to us and declaring issues as not their problem. This forced us to leave and search for cover elsewhere.

Over £400 cheaper than the old home insurance but still have loads of extras insluded in the price. Sorted it all out on the phone and explained all the things that were included so you know what you are paying for.
