I have had terrible with 3 and this 3 store. I would warn people to be very careful when have any dealings with this network. Often they put chalk board offer up outside which simple seem to good to be true so you take them. But the problem is they usually are too good to be true and you get tied into a contract with 3 who keep your off for 3 or 6 month then your plan changes and price double and 3 claim to know nothing about the deal the store offered you. I spent over a year sorting my problem out which only ended up with me getting credit on my 3 account which I didn;t want I hated 3 by the time I finished. Please please please be very careful what you sign up for and keep all your paper work as proof.

I've just finished my 18 month phone contract with 3 and went into the Leeds store yesterday to upgrade my phone and renew my contract. I think, as a whole, the service 3 provide is good, I can't complain about the contract I have - £20 a month for 1000 texts and 100 minutes, which is the best deal I've found so far, without doing one of those sim only deals. So in terms of value for money I'd give 3 a positive rating, however I think their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The helpline is a joke, I've rung them a couple of times in the last few weeks to sort out my upgrade and got absolutely nowhere each time, from now on I think I'll use the tip from the review below and ask to be put through to the Scottish call centre. The customer service I received yesterday instore was better, but still not great, the guy I spoke to seemed to have little interest in me and did nothing to entice me into renewing my contract. I found him to be quite rude and I wasn't that impressed with the choice of phones I was offered for my upgrade.
Having said that, I did eventually come away with a phone I was happy with and it was much easier talking to somebody in the shop than it is trying to get through to somebody on the phone. Overall, a good phone service provider but, like most phone companies, could improve on customer service.

I like 3, i think they're a very underrated network. They offer by far the best deals around at the moment, and the staff have quite a bit of flexibility to offer you extras to entice you. Their customer service is good, as is their overall service. The best tip i got in this store was that if you call customer services and reach the indian call centre, you can ask to be put through to the one in scotland instead
