Really nice hairdressers. They also do body beauty such as waxing and tanning. Its a great luxury experience to spend a few hours having your hair and waxing done but its so expensive! Once I found a 15% off voucher which made it a lot better. They are also very flexible with appointments.

The staff at saks are generally not that freindly but I did have one really nice girl. The hairdressers all seem to be really well trained and quite creative.
The prices though are ridiculous, I had a trim and it cost me nearly £50. There are other places in Leeds where you can have the same quality for cheaper the price.

If you are having a massive image change and fancy a new 'do, you can't go wrong with Saks. The hairstylists are very trendy and certainly know what they're doing when it comes to hair, so you're bound to end up with something cool and snazzy. A bit pricey, but well worth it.

Im a bit fussy when it comes to hairdressers as i have really curly hair and they often mess it up. I wasnt overly pleased with Saks. I felt a bit rushed and they didnt do what i asked for. Howeer the student discount did make it a bit better. Ive heard good reviews from my friends though.

This chain hairdressers and beauty salon is a great place to go, but really quite expensive, bearing in mind my student budget. They offer all sorts of beauty therapies, I've only experienced the waxing and hairdressers. Given the price of both I really wasn't overly impressed with either, fairly impersonal and as quick as possible - I felt I was being herded in and out again. I won't be returning.

Saks specialises in hair and beauty, and is often seen as one of the best in Leeds! They offer the usual highlights, lowlights, tints, styling and setting, as well as a range of beauty treatments including massages and botox injections, ...! Come in here, walk out looking gorgeous and hit the shops!!

As sophie21 says they also have a beauty salon attached. It is upstairs and is pretty massive really! The beauty staff are really friendly and made me feel very relaxed. Saks are great with their student discount offers, up to 20% off on some days!! A very high quality hair and beauty salon indeed.

I had never been to Saks before and was in town wanting a last minute appointment to get my hair put up, luckily I was blessed by this salon, situated in the thorntons arcade. The staff were really helpful and true perfectionists not scrimping on any detail until my do was just perfect, they also offered a 15% student discount so thumbs up for Saks! I also understand that they carry out beauty treatments here such as waxing and manicures.

I last used Saks to get my hair cut and was very happy with the service provided. I found the girls very helpful in advising me on what style would suit me best and what to go for. i was pleased with the final cut and would definitely use Saks again to get my hair cut.
