This is one of the smallest airports in the uk of not the smallest. It isnt a very big terminal but there is a nice cafe where you can grab a drink and you can see planes take off and land there. There is also a little shop where you can pick up a mag or newpaper for you journey! The parking is pricey so if you are picking someone up go as late as posible as i had to pay 3 quid not so long back and i wasnt there long. I have never flown from here but i have picked up family from here and they have never had any complaints!

This airport has recently received a 15 million makeover and the end result is very impressive and efficient. It's a small airport so the number of flights available is fairly limited, but there are some very handy and reasonably priced flights. Oddly you have to buy a ticket costing 3 to allow you into the departures lounge, this is how they have raised a large amount of the money spent on the development of the place. This might be annoying if you used the place regularly but for a one off it isn't to bad. Parking at the airport is actually pretty reasonable as airports go, you get 5 minutes free if you're just dropping someone off, or you can stay for half an hour for 1.50. Also the airport website is very impressive and gives really accurate information on the flights, telling you exactly when each one boarded and took off, great if you're trying to work out when to pick someone up

Norwich international airport is not very far from the city centre, from the university of east anglia, you can take bus 27 to the airport directly, or, take a taxi which will cost 10 pounds usually.
The airport is small, so it won't be a long queue for passport control, which is a very good thing.

This very small airport really does the job, and does it well. They offer just what you need - close parking, a small cafe serving food and a small store to buy books and magazines. With only a few flights per day this place avoids the awful queues and hassels that can often ruin a holiday. After my experiences at Norwich airport, I'd always recommend a smaller, local airport over the larger ones every time.

Norwich airport is tiny, but is a great way to start a holiday stress free (well compared to going to a large London airport). There is a short and long stay car park. There are a shop and a cafe both before and after you have gone through security. It is pretty quiet as there aren't lots of flight going to and from here but this makes everything a lot less hassle. Flight prices can be more expensive from here as the planes are smaller etc. You can fly to lots of destinations and even more if you get a connection flight from Amsterdam etc. I was delayed here for a few hours and we were provided with a free food/drink voucher by FlyB our airline to use in the canteen which was a good gesture.

Norwich international airport is pretty small in size. It offers services with the following airlines; bmi, Eastern Airways,First Choice Airways, Flybe, KLM and Thomsonfly. I have flown in and out of here several times on the way to and from Edinburgh (with Flybe) and have never had any problems. The service check in desks are usually pretty empty so there is no queue there (i must admit my flight is always very early so it may be busy later on), the security bit is quick and best of all as its so small there is no long walk to any gate!! It has introduced an airport tax recently (for site improvements), most airports include this in their flight prices but Norwich International airport charge £3 to fly out, (you have to get your ticket thing from a machine when you get to the airport).
