This is a great shop, they sell everything! The Queensgate store has 4 different floors ranging from clothes and handbags to bedding and curtains. We had our wedding list done there, we had to walk around and zap all the barcodes of the things we wanted people to buy us, its a super service and alot of fun.
The staff have always been friendly and helpful and considering its such a big store, theres always someone around to ask if you need help.
It also has a lovely cafe, with great service.

This is the largest store in the Queensgate shopping centre well thought out and is spans over 4 floor, the top floor being banking and at Christmas time you can even get your purchases wrapped up there, it holds a wide selection on items from sporting goods too electrical items clothing and shoes, you can even buy a kitchen in there, it is often deemed an expensive shop but they will price match on most things and if you buy electrical items they can back certain items for up too 5 yrs. Friendly staff who are always ready too help make this a great shop to shop in

This is a John Lewis store taking up three floors of the Queensgate Shopping Centre. Its stock includes just about everything from cutlery, clothes, furniture and sports equipment. The prices are very low and the staff and knowelagble and helpful. A highly experienced and effecient store.

The John Lewis store in Queensgate is an upscale department store that offers a wide selection of products in many categories. There is also a very attractive cafe at the top which allows for the perfect break from shopping. The store offers a unique service which allows products to be tested in store before purchase. This is especially useful in the electronics section where music and television equipment are set up to test quality of sound and picture. The clothes selection is also very diverse with numerous labels being sold.

The escalator system in the centre of the store means that no level is hard to get to. I once had a misconception that John Lewis were ridiculously expensive but they offer a price match service which means they rank among the rest of the stores.
