I Agree with everthing the review has stated below! British Gas are a nightmare! Same scenario - boiler broken - most unhelpful customer service I have ever come across in my life,they didnt seem to want to take resposibility for anything - When can someone come out to help me? - We can scheduale you in for next week - NOT HELPFUL!!!

Ergh. The boiler broke last week so called up (from own house) to get it fixed they said it will be 5 days. We called up the next day to see if they could come any faster because we were freezing our socks off. They said they will come a day earlier. However the second time i phoned it was from my parents house and despite the fact i gave them my details and was talking about a case i originally phoned from my own house, because they use a call locater they arranged for the earlier appointment to be at my parents house. For some reason the person sorting it didnt realise they were changing the appointment to a different house in a whole other city. So after they turned up at my parents house we called again and we have to wait even longer to get it fixed because staff is apparently tight in newcastle. First of all do they not realise people do actually leave the house especially when your house is an igloo and also if they cant provide the service i assume it will be ok if i decide not to pay them?
