this place looks like a jumble sale as you walk through the door, it is like a free for all. i am not a h and m fan but i gave it the benefit of the doubt on numerous occassions but everytime it has comeout bad, i once bought a top which near enough fell apart after one wash, after attempting to return it the staff where not helpful at all. i have not been back since.

Probably one of the worst laid out shops I've been into. It's like a jumble sale, with no real sense of order. You can never find any staff and it's constantly untidy. Cheap prices though if you can work your way through the maze of clothes. Seems to be a hit with students.

I absolutely LOVE h&m! It has to be one of my favourite stores, i have bought lots of my items of clothing from here over the past couple of years, and it's always been worn well! I got a lovely checkered shirt from here a while ago for 7.99! I was amazed at the bargains i could find in there. When i was younger i bought a pair of very bright pink skinny fit jeans and i loved them, i wore them all the time and they only cost me 13! Sadly i've now grown out of them, but i'm sure i could find something else in there to replace them! H&M rocksssssssss !

Though I am a massive fan of H&M, this store kind of put me off it at first. It is weirdly laid-out, with no real reasoning behind where anything is put, and I never seem to be able to find what I want.

H&M sells so many great items for such a small price, the store is a really great size and well laid out so that each complimentary style is on show.

H&M is a great place for students to shop for cheap clothes of good quality. However, this particular store is terrible, due to its layout its really difficult to shop. The sell male and female clothing, and have clothing suitable for formal occasions as well as informal occassions.

I always really like H&M, but the layout of this particular shop is awful, the 'young trend' section is at the back of the 3rd floor, the escalators are always confusing, overall I have started avoiding shopping in this one, thankfully they've opened up a brand new H&M in the new Liverpool One, which is much much better.

A excellent H and M with the best range of cloths I've ever seen in a H and M. Very reasonable prices and a very helpful team of staff to help with all your needs. Well worth going to if you love H and M's.

H & M has recently been refurbished and is looking better for it. I used to hate being in this store sometimes as there did not appear to be any organisation to it, but that has now changed. Bright and airy. Clothes and accessories for woman, men and children at very reasonable prices. Sometimes i don't think that there are enough assistants on the shop floor, but they are helpful when you find one.
