This Asda is a bit smaller than the one in Bristol, and it's currently being made over and will be ready in November (supposedly!) so I'm looking forward to that! What I like about this shop is that there are self-checkouts, which usually reduces queues and means you can go at your own pace instead of getting food thrown at you. It also is useful if you only have about 10 items, as you then donnât have to go behind people with an entire trolley-full of food. If youuâre careful you can get some good reduced items- thereeâs one area close to the bread. You can also make your own pizzas at the back, which are really tasty and cheap! My only complaint is that thereeâs no bus stop in Asda itself, which means thereeâs a bit of a trek to a bus stop.

As a student, i use ASDA sparingly (going to lidl for most of my regular shops). I always pick up fresh fruit and veg there, but only cos i'm there, i can get it cheaper elsewhere. My main stock ups are meat from the whoopsie eisle. Most of it is freezable and you can find some really good deals, only a pound or two an item. My mate did a full shop for a fiver, though it has to be said this was a bit special. It's alsogood to stock up on basics. Tinned beans and tomatoes, 8p/9p a throw. You don't need great quality, so it's good for a cheapo fill up.

The best supermarket in the area- its massive and youl save alot of money here, over sainsburys in fallowfeild. Their smart price goods are alot better than what you think in most cases. There is always some really good offers on, and they have a mcdonalds attached too if youre into that sort of cuisine.

ASDA is great if you're on a budget, they sell absolutely everything and although the prices are low it doesn't mean you're getting bad quality, the products are still great. The staff are helpful and the store is well laid out so even though it's huge you still wont get lost.

This asda is huge and has basically everything you could ever need from food to clothes to films to tvs. The prices are cheap and the staff are pleasant and happy to help. Great for doing a family shop.

The main reason to go to Asda is because it is very cheap. The asda own brand food, especially the meat is not as good quality as its more expensive competitors like sainsburys but all the branded things are a fair bit cheaper so it is well worth going to asda, you save so much money!

Cheap cheap cheap! As you can guess, the prices of the majority of their products have impressed me. Staff are generally very welcoming and happy to help out with any queries too. If you're on a budget (or even if you're not) the clothes are well worth a look - cheap and fashionable for both woman AND men, there's something for everyone!
