I really like this store and i don't mind that it is quite samll because it always has a good range of stock, in most sizes and colours etc. They have excellent sales on regularly at the moment where you can pick up a real bargain - tops start from about £2 - £3! It tend to find that the staff keep it tidy which is also good.
If you want a bigger store go to the Metro Centre!

The store is rather small, cramped and hectic and you are often disappointed with the lack of correct sizes availble. However, as in other stores the prices are low and the lines are on trend. Student discount of 10% also a bonus!

store small and doesnt stand out on the high street, the shop looks quite bland and tacky and not particularyl interesting, inside however there is a good range of clothes considering its size however can get very cramped. staff average, if you really want help ask lots of questions, clothes are cheap which is great for students, not the best quality!

Relatively small branch of New Look on the High Street. Clothes are dirt cheap but of really poor quality - my girlfriend bought a top from it that already had holes in! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

this newlook is very small and doesnt really fit in with the scene at durham, which has a lot more expensive and unique shops! However it does have some nice clothes in and a good window display yet a limited choice and a small fitting room.
