This is a good sized store with an impressive selectionon larger white goods, as well as small kitchen appliances, televisual equipment, phones and gadgets. Staff are, on the whole, helpful and friendly. There are one or two members of staff who are incredibly knowledgeable about the products in stock and it always a bonus to get their expert opinion. Most other staff have a very general knowledge of goods which can be frustrating at times when you need a bit of expertise and advice!

My partner and I recently visited this store with the intention of buying several kitchen appliances. The member of staff that approached us was extremely helpful and quite knowledgable. He didnt know everything about all the products but he went and spoke to the manager who said he could offer us a discount if we were buying several appliances. There was no pressure put on us to purchase there and then and we were given information etc to help our choices. The store has quite a good range of products available and the items that arent n stock at that time can be delivered fairly quickly. Just make sure you include their delivery charges in your total price!
