I don't know if it's the fact that supermarkets have moved into electrical equipment in recent years or not but to me Comet in Coatbridge seems a little old fashioned, out dated and the staff seem a little jaded. This shop sells all the electrical equipment you'd expect ftom TVs to washing machines but the stock never seems to change much and when walking past the store in Faraday Retail Park it often looks empty. I'm sure some people still go in to buy but i think the fact that customers can now order online or buy at better prices and more conveniently in the supermarket means no real money is being spent on these stores and it's really starting to show on the Coatbridge branch.
