I go intot this restaurant often as its situated next to a Morrisons and also near me. It does tend to get quite busy and isnt large so can be hard to find seating. The staff are friendly sometimes and they do try to keep it clean.
I have had a problem wiht this once when i went in and all the food we got was cold. it was about 7pm so when we asked to complain the "manager" that was in said he was too busy-he was stood at the back talking and spinning round the floor!! we ended up writing to the head office. There are now proper complaint cards available.
The drive thru staff are fast at there jobs and if for any reason you have to wait you can park up and theyll bring the food out to you. There is quite a large car park and also a drive thru. The toilets are always clean and the food (now) does seem freshly made. The thing i do find though is in the corridoor with the tiolets on the floor always seems very slippy and when i was last in i was heavly pregnant and nearly fell right over., there are no signs up but at the time there were no staff to sort it. I find that this happend on more then one occasion.
