I like this restaurant as its on the sea front and in South shore down the road from the Pleasure Beach. It gets quite busy in the season and upstairs is quite a big seating area. They have removed alot of seating from downstairs as they have done it up so this can be a pain if you have a pram as thers a few stairs to climb if you cant sit downstairs. It is nicely decorated and always clean and tidy.
The staff are friendly and polite and do there jobs correctly and are always happy to help. The toliets upstairs are clean but are tiny so imposslibe to use when its very busy. There is a disabled toliet on the ground floor which is always clean. The bad point about this restaurant is when season finishes the upstairs is usually closed off so if there are no seats downstairs you have nowhere to sit! And also they dont do some of the foods like the quarter pounders! No idea why as they didnt say just that they didnt do them.
There is alot of outisde seating about 20-30 picnoc type seats. These are brill if its nice weather. There is also a cash machine located outside the restaurant.
