Went to this branch of pizza hut on a sunday, had to wait age' for a table then again for our food....once we had all finished eating and wanted to pay the bill it took a further 20 minute's to get the attention of a waiter, in my opinion the staffing was poor they each have too many tables to wait, haven't been back since.

We took my son to this outlet for his 6th birthday, with friends. We booked a table, yet when we turned up they were not prepared for us at all. After ordering we waited over an hour for our food, when the restaurant was not even busy. Two children failed to get their meals until the others had nearly finished. Quality of food was ok, yet the standard of service ruined the experience. After speaking to the manager, we still had no apology and had to demand a deduction from our bill. Dissappointing experience and would never return there.
