I've been in here about half a dozen times now, and i never get tired of those resonably priced, beautifully made pasties that just make my mouth water. The shop itself has a real rustic feel to it, surrounded by wood, and friendly staff (not many english though) it makes the shop feel so home like, with a small cafe upstairs it makes it the best place to eat with views over looking the highstreet. I highly recommend the West Cornwall Pasty Shop!

MmmI love those pasties! And the hot chocolates are fab too. They have nice comfy chairs upstairs, with a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Everything is quite expensive though, and if you go at off-peak times, everyone else can hear your conversations.

Nice little pasty shop, by the buttercross. In a prime location and nicely decorated, the dowstairs is for food and the upstairs has seating. Wide range of baked pasties, with alot of filling choice, including vegetarian. Prices are reasonable, if not a little on the expensive side, but the food is fresh and good quality. Staff are friendly and service is good and efficient. Food can be eaten in upstairs, or taken away, making it a great place for food whilst in the town.

A great food outlet in Winchester which is good for those chilly winter months when you feel like something hearty and hot to warm you up! The shop offers a range of meat and vegetarian pasties which can be eaten in or taken away and can be eaten hot or cold. Recommended.

This is great place the pasties are good and so are the hot chocolates there are comfy sofas upstairs and I have been many times with my friends and its definitely one of my favourite places to go when I visit winchester. The decoration is fun and the atmosphere is very chilled. The prices are good value, its not usually to busy and the service is fairly fast.

These pasties are absolutely delicious, with no stingy-ness on fillings. The prices are quite high, but it's worth it. The staff are quick and efficient and you can buy your pastie to takeaway or eat it upstairs.

Although this place offers good pastries and is resonably priced in comparison to some other similar establishments in the city, it is nothing special. The seating is not veyr comfortable and the stairs make it difficult for anyone with a pram or who struggles with mobility.

If you are a people watcher then the West Cornish Pasty Co ( I fondly refer to it as the pirate cafe) has the best window in the whole of Winchester in which to do it. It overlooks the high street and conveniently has a table next to it. Due to it being on the first floor you can pretty much watch undetected. for this reason and others ( the yummy pasties, coffee and fantastic guava juice which they stock there) it has become one of my favourite haunts. Due to the nature of pasties being pedominantly a take-away food the upstairs is extremely quiet and so a great location to work/study/revise. So if you are a people watcher check out the pirate cafe.
