I disagree with the review below, my friend recently got a contract phone from here and at the end of the month when her bill came through she noticed loads of hidden extras that had been added on that they hadnt told her about. For example insurance she had not asked for and internet services.

my girlfriend got a contract from a 3 store in town near the high street. They were very helpful from the minute we stepped in the store. The deal she got was great and there were no hidden costs. They helped her set up the phone and got it connected for her. Very impressive service.
