I have only been to this Nandos once but my experience was enjoyable. I do not like spicy food so I wasn't sure what to order but the waiter advised me on a dish and made sure that I knew exactly what was in it. I love the fact that they have refillable soft drinks and frozen yogurt because it means that even if I do find the food a little spicy i am constantly kept refreshed.

This Nando's is situated in a very nice place on the riverside in Reading, opposite the Oracle shopping centre and provides a nice place to eat after a day of shopping. It has baby changing services, access for the disabled as well as outdoor seating. Bookings may be taken all you have to do is ring up. Opening hours are good, Monday-Thursday 12.00 - 23.00, Friday and Saturday 11.00-00.00 and Sunday 12.00-22.30. It's menu consists of different chicken dishes with different spiciness, with salads and appetisers available to. Everything is done very quickly in Nandos so you are never waiting veyr long, even if the restaurant is busy.

I love Nando's, the spicy chicken is delicious and you can get it served in so many different ways. The decor in this Nando's is really nice, and the staff are smiling and helpful. The loos are nice too.

Going to Nando's is always a very good experience. The food is cheap but good and a range of different 'spicinesses' are available. The interior decoration here is very appropriate. It can get very busy though and you sometimes have to queue for food. This may be due to its perfect position next to the river in the oracle.

Although all branches of Nandos are very similar, i would like to note that i have had an 100% satisfied track record at this one. Due to it's popularity, Nandos often becomes extremely busy, but i have still never had to wait longer than 15 minutes in this branch. The staff are all very friendly and patient even under stressful working conditions. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, which is good for a fairly student orientated town like reading. The only real downside is the noise which can be quite excessive at times, but really this reflects how popular this particular branch is.

I would give pretty much all Nandos a good review. The chicken is amazing, as is the cous cous, sauces, rice and of course chips. Sauces all free and in big glass bottles. Peri-peri would be my recommendation of sauce. Can get absolutely stuffed for £6 if you get a bumper two person meal. Almost a takeaway in the way the service works - you pay and collect at the till but not at all in the quality of the food. Chilled and happy atmosphere with nice staff and refillable drinks (this makes it for me.)
