Recent changes we've made to the HelpHound community

A few inevitable tweaks after the recent bigger updates, plus:-
- Added a new 'Pointer' system. Read more here
- Added postcode details to businesses in London, e.g. 'Starbucks, London' will now read 'Starbucks, London NW1' in places like the home page

Changes made in this update:-
- Added 'satellite' and 'hybrid' options to maps throughout HelpHound so you can see aerial photographs of areas as well as just maps

Another big update and the launch of our brand new local section
- Aforementioned local section added - you can now review counties, cities and towns as well as businesses!
- Updates to the layout of the home page. Addition of a 'Hot Spot' feature relating to the local section
- Award winners page changed to Best & Worst displaying Gold, Silver and Bronze award winners and also 'Sin Bin' - businesses that underperform
- We've added overall ratings for businesses with multiple branches - these can be accessed by the new 'Other Branches' tab on a business listing page. See an example
- Complete revamp of the businesses section
- We've also made lots of little tweaks and updates throughout the site to make HelpHound even more fun to use

Big update throughout the site, including...
- New Hot Topic section launched
- We now award the top businesses on HelpHound
- Support area added to the Help section. More articles to follow
- Business section updated
- Tweaks and improvements to individual business / review pages
- New Weighted RatingTM system introduced

- We've added pie charts to the business pages so you can easily see how many positive, neutral and negative reviews it has received
- Same for users (on their 'reviews' page) - see how many positive, neutral or negative reviews they have written
- Search for another HelpHounder
- You'll now receive a private message if someone comments on your review
- Send a private message to someone easily by clicking on the link in their profile

A few bug fixes and tidy-ups following the launch of the new design in December, including...
- "Social Bookmarking" links at the bottom of each business page. View an example - underneath the reviews
- Improvements to the main search facility and the Write A Review facility
- Business Membership sign-up made easier
- The forum is currently offline whilst we redevelop something new and exciting

A huge update, and a complete redesign of HelpHound - have a browse around! A few specifics are below...
- Add details about yourself to your profile - make sure you are registered or logged in then view your profile to edit it
- Private messages allow you to send messages to other HelpHounders
- Because this is such a big update we've started a forum post to discuss it
