All good businesses welcome constructive criticism and HelpHound Business Members are doubly committed to this - so we offer you both a service which we call 'ResolutionTM'.

We believe it is to everyone's advantage to give the business an opportunity to deal with any issues you have. So, if there is any aspect of your review which requires 'ResolutionTM' or makes a suggestion to which you would like a response, please tick the 'yes' button.

We immediately forward your review to the Business Member and allow them 3 working days to respond to you, by private message.

After the business responds you have three options – to delete your original review, upload it or post a fresh review. The choice is yours.

Notes...

You will be able to see your review in your 'My HelpHound' during this time.

HelpHound will not disclose your identity to the Business Member – but you may wish to when they message you.

If the Business Member fails to respond within 3 working days your review will be automatically posted in its entirety.

'ResolutionTM' is available between all HelpHound members and HelpHound Business Members.

ResolutionTM - etiquette

If you are entering your review into ResolutionTM, following these simple guidelines will make it more likely that you will get a fast, positive response...

  1. Be direct - explain clearly what your issue is and explain how the business can help you resolve it
  2. Be accurate - stick to facts, and include as many as possible. Names and dates always help
  3. Be concise - stick to the issue you need resolving and be realistic in your expectations
  4. Be constructive - and make suggestions so the business can learn for the future
  5. Be polite - you are more likely to get a positive result if you are courteous
