Helston isn't a bad little town. It's a very typically cornish town with narrow, winding streets and that salty sea air that permeates everything, even when you're miles from the coast.

helston is mostly made up of local shops, with some staples such as boots and dorothy perkins. it's a one street town, with some cute places to grab lunch, but not many restaurants and little to no night life.

fun to visit for the day, probably on the way to somewhere else is best, but i wouldn't reccomend a long stay.

Small town with 2 streets with shops on. Parking can be a bit hectic, and as the main road is single it can be a problem with delivery lorries!
Quaint place, enjoyed by most. Tesco, superdrug, woolworths, wh smith, dorothy perkins, newlook, cafes, dentist are a few of the shops here.
Also on some days of the week they do a small market in the street
