on 17/09/2008 by Antrim is steadly growing and becoming a nice place to shop. The centre has just opened a new section with a woolworths and mobile phone shop. there is also a new look, a big Dunnes store and pound stretcher and many shoe shops and trinket stores. Just outside the centre there is a JJB, Iceland and a chemist. Subway is now opened and there are many decent pubs in town, Maddons is always busy and has live entertainment.
There is also a large tesco store in the town centre.
A short drive away is junction 1 this is a shopping outlet with many shops ranging from toy stores to camping shops. It also has a clockwork orange and a well being store.
There is a visitors information centre here with some beautiful souvineers of northern ireland.
And last but not least there is pirate petes an indoor children play area with coffee shop for mums and dads well worth a visit.
