Moffat is 3 mins from the m74 and has something for everyone to see. Not a large town but big enough to offer some great amenities. Free parking is available all day everyday. A walk up the high street is a pleasure soaking up all the beautiful hanging baskets hanging from shop walls. The woollen mill is a favourite attraction to tourists. There are plenty of hotels, guest houses and b&b accommodation to choose from if staying over. There is a great park in moffat with a boating lake and a swing park to suit all ages in the summer month there are trampolines. Picnic areas are around the park and its great to relax here on a summers day.
