Chelsea as you will have probably already heard is a very upmarket part of london. So if you go there to look and not to buy a house you''''ll be suitably impressed by the beautiful architecture, the clean streets and the little shops on the side of the road. You can see why people move here and you can see how it is so expensive. Pottering down there you can see things like oscar wilde''''s house which I quite liked. Other people who have lived there include Bryan adams

High end part of London and the most expensive area to live in London.

Chelsea is beautiful and contains many boutiques as well as other shops and some of the most expensive real estate in London. Exclusive clubs mean it is a popular haunt of the more well off including footballers from Chelsea FC. Their home ground, Stamford Bridge being not too far away from the town centre draws in fans from far and wide to watch games.

Chelsea is really worth visiting when doing a trip around London. It is not a tourist attraction in itself but it is bound to make you fall in love with it from the moment you get there.

Chelsea is right near the river thames... south, if you want the exact location. - it is fairly close to saloane square, knights bridge and kensington.. infact saloane square is a great tube station to go to to get in and out of chelsea. Shopping in chelsea is FABBB.. loads of great high street shops to choose from.. and the portobello road market is a definite MUST.. so make sure you make a visit. There are PLENTYY of eating options in this borough of london... however, as you might expect.. they are usually more on the expensive side in this area... however, there will be something for all budgets!!! i wouldnt say that there is much of a banging night life... personally i would head to te more commercial areas of london for that!!! chelsea is a very affluent area... and property prices are high..but a great and different place to visit in the capital city - london.

This is a very posh part of London and if you can afford one of these houses then I''d definitely say go for it! Theres quite a bit to do around here aswell, and its bigger than it seems when you first see it. Theres a few art galleries which are worth a browse, and some lovely restaurants with a very high quality of food. The italian is pretty amazing and I would definitel go back there. The people aren''t that friendly but they''re not particularly rude either, I nice change from some of the other parts of London. I think there are a few bits of greenery but as far as I could see there weren''t any nearby parks. I think you''d need a car really if you live here, the parking looks quite good.

Chelsea is well known to be one of the most up market and highly respected areas in the whole of London. And when you go there you will see why. The whole place is simply stunning with its rows of tall, victorian houses and trimmed front gardens. If I could afford to I would be living there now. Unfortunately this is one of the most expensive places to live in the United Kingdom. Whether renting or buying a property, you will find that the prices are extortionately high.

There are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants to visit, where you can sit and have a coffee or go all out and order sushi, like every one else in Chelsea. There are some lovely Art Galleries for you to browse, the prices are extremeley high again, but the work is simply gorgeous. You will also find some great bars for a night out with your friends, Chelsea is well known as a hang out area for quite a variety of celebrities so you never know who you might meet. Not far from all major train stations so it is easy to get in and out of Chelsea, although I can guarentee that you wont want to leave.

Absolutely gorgeous area of London and well known for its wealth and prestigious residents as well as the top Premiership football team who play at Stamford Bridge. All of the houses here are absolutely stunning and well over a million pounds so only live in if you have enough cash in the pocket! Area right near both the Kings Road and Fulham Road with lovely boutiques, restaurants for everyone. Really nice area.
