Chigwell is a lovely small area in essex.
It is quite countyfied as its very near epping forest and also the big hainult park.

Chigwell is well known for its rich, massive houses, especially along one road where every house is like a dream house! Everyone drives slowly looking at the houses..and cos theres a speed camera there too!!
But saying that, near hainult forest, there is a few rough estates, which are classed as chigwell...like everywhere, there is alwasy some rough parts to all areas!
But even though its rough, its no where near as some places in east london, so would rathr live there!

I would imagine house prices there are horrific..as everyhwre now.

There are many pubs scattered around and the odd restaurant.
A nice part of essex generally.
