There are some nice places to visit in Birkinhead, some lovely parks and the leisure centre. We went to the cinema here as well as the swimming pool. Both were well kept, clean and tidy. Birkenhead Park is a lovely place to visit. Birkenhead Park was designed by Sir Joseph Paxton. His concept was to create an idealised countryside landscape of open meadows and naturalistic woodland belts. The lakes are shaped to appear as sinuous rivers with views across them to features such as the Boathouse and Swiss Bridge. You have a lot of beauty here but Birkenhead is getting more and more youth and people with no respect so is a bit rough in some areas.

I must admit that this place is not the greatest. Unfortunately many rough families moved in to birkenhead and now the nice image birkenhead once had has been eradicated. There is a swimming pool there with a few fun slides and a cinema next to it. They have always been successful. There are a few nice restaurants around but sadly these are dying out and are changed to become nightclubs. I must warn some thoug that it is not the safest place when it becomes night. There are many drunkards and i have had some rough times there. But nevertheless, If you enjoy a crazy night out then you may enjoy it
