I remember malton, i have been to the famous theme park, Flamingo land, Its amazing! This is one of the largest and most popular theme parks in the united kingdom. There is lots of great rides here, but beware you do have to queue for them (some over an hour wait) and make sure your the right height before you queue so you don''''t waste your time as they are really strict on height restictions here! They also have some great water rides and a huge water park. The people that work in flamingo land are really nicce and polite and willing to help you find a ride if you cant find one that you want to go on

Malton is known for it''s attractions such as Eden Camp, Flamingo Land, Malton Museum and many more. It is a lovely market town with many things to see and do. There are plenty of shops and the market still trades there. It''s biggest industries were farming and brewery although only one brewery remains there now. There seemed to be an awful lot of hat shops, shoe shops and pubs than seemed necessary for a small town. Malton is full of listed buildings and this just adds to the greatness of this wonderful little town. A definite must for any sightseeing trip or anyone wanting to relax in the warming atmosphere.

There is lots of great rides here, but beware you do have to queue for them (some over an hour wait) and make sure your the right height before you queue so you don''t waste your time as they are really strict on height restictions here! They also have some great water rides and a huge water park, so if you are to go on these then please take a spare set of clothes, don''t forget them and be foolish like i was, I was soaked, it''s a good job it was a sunny day and i dried of pretty quick. There is a ride there called the Terroroiser, it goes really high and swings you all over, i advise you all to take your shoes of soo you don''t loose them lol.

Flamingo land also has a huge amazing zoo and everytime i go i am mesmorised with it, they have a wide range and variety of aminals from seals to pelicans, i just love it. They also have great offers on, when i was there i saw kids with tshirts and stickers on and they were "zoo keepers" for a day they looked like they were having soo much fun! You have to be over 12 years old and the cost is near too 100 pounds :( pretty pricey but i saw the looks on those kids faces and it was just priceless.

I saw advertised when i awas there that they have live family shows on, i have never been to one, but from wha i saw advertised they look great. Its 22 pound for adults and children, this entitles you to an all day pass to the theme parkwith all the rides included. Children ages 3 and under go free :)

Overall a great place to go and i would definatly visit again.

The only time i have been to Malton, North yorkshire is when i have visited one of the many attractions within the town. My fondest memory is when i went to Eden camp on a school trip, i must have been about 10 years old. I thought it was so informational and educational. It is a military museum which is dedicated to the experiences of many during world war one and two. With many different huts to look in and a range of images, captions, texts, items, smells and noises, i loved it. There were also activities and interactions i had to get myself involved with, which looking back was a great way of informing me of all the many things that happened many years ago. I wasnt a fan of the smell around the camp/museum though, it was disgusting, but it was used to replicate what the world was once like.
