I have only visited Beccels on one ocassion and to be honest i don''t think i would return in a hurry! I visited as a combined trip with Bungay which is nearby and has a bit more going on!
This is mostly because ther really isnt much to see or visit as it is such a small town. I believe there is a museum, although i was unable to find it! Amazingly it does have a football team and there are a few shops dotted about, including a rainbow/ co-op shop.
Beccels would actually be a good place as a holiday base, as there are plenty of larger town (for example lowestoft) nearby and it is a very pretty little area with lovely countryside and close enough to the coast!
