Kenilworth is a small town, situated right in the middle of Warwickshire, and it is probably famous for The Kenilworth Castle, The castle is lovely and they do tours and walks, so it is a great day out if you fancy it! Kenilworth is a good town to live in, the houses are pretty nice and quite big and are spacious. There is lots of greenery, with lots of trees and nice gardens about. It is also a good commuter town, as it is close to Coventry, Birmingham and Leamington spa and it also has good transport links as the M6, M40 and the M62 are in close proximity. It is also close to the University of Warwick, and you get postgraduates and University staff living there. There isnnt really much to do for students/young people living there, there are a few good pubs and restaurants, but mostly people go out in Leamington, which is 10 minutes away for all the amenities such as shopping and nightlife! Therefore I do think itts a great town to live in, itts scenic, peaceful and quiet.. It has a few shops in the town centre, most of which are independents and the usual supermarkets for the necessities.

Kenilworth is a nice little town located in just off the A46 in warwickshire. The town is well known for the historic kenilworth castle that is owned by english heritige and is very impressive. A tour can be taken of the castle which is worth doing and there are a few exhibits as well to see here. The town centre in kenilworth is ok however a bit dated and there arent a great amount of shops here. There is also a small market of around 30 stalls with a wide range of goods available. The town has some excellent pubs, these include the Virgins and Castle, the Clarendon arms and the royal oak as well as some good restaurants. There are a few 3 and 4 star hotels here which makes it a good place to stay. A nice feature of the town is the large park next to the castle which is very pleasant and has a stream running through the middle. There are quiet a few nice old buildings in the town including some old thatched cottages. The town is very much a commutor town to the nearby coventry and leamington spa towns as well as birmingham. I think kenilworth is a great town to live in however a bit let down by the town centre
