Bewdley is a lovely little town and the river runs straight through the middle it is a great view. It has a street of shops, a museum, a tennis club, a church and schools plus much much more. Unfortunately because it is by the river, bewdley often gets flooded and they put up the flood barrier which does spoil the view of the river but this cant be helped. There is a quite a few pubs and ice cream shops by the river so you can get nice and refreshed on your day out. There also is a old traditional sweet shop this is amazing to see inside, it sells all the old sweets and rock.

Bewdley is a beautiful town which has had flooding problems in the past but now the barriers and work has been done to prevent anymore damage to this beautiful town..there are an array of little shops and i must point out the old fashioned sweet shop which sells all the sweets you want...The chip shop accross the road just by the bridge is fantastic you must try ..we ate in the last time we visited and i must say how clean and polite the staff were ..Iv taken my daughter alot to feed the ducks along the river side..In the summer months the bikers lign their bikes up along the canal just out side the pub by the bridge its fascinating to see ..The town has a large p&d car park just round from the town..within easy walking distance..there is also a local farm shop right by the car park and a second hand shop that sells anceint goods from years past its great to have a mooch ..

bewdley is just a nice little town. There is the beautiful view of the river and there a 2 sides of shops. It has a museum, tennis club and schools in the area. It is a very peaceful town, which has flooded many a time! It is a nice little place to come up to and get odds and ends for presents. You can visit the steam trains too! And, to top it all off there is a great chippy there!
