I left a bad review for a company in the UK concerning their online gift service.They took my money and did not deliver the gift which was for a special birthday. Living in Canada I thought this was the best way to send a gift. I was being ignored by the company and most disappointed with the service I received, hence the reason I left a review.Helphound emailed me and asked if I minded them intervening on my behalf. Of course, I agreed. They phoned the company concerned and not only effected an apology, the gift was resent, a separate apology letter was sent to my friend and my credit card was refunded. All I'm waiting for are the chocolates they are sending me as an apology.GO HELPHOUND!! Without your help I'm sure none of this would have been sorted out!!Great idea for a website.
