Yes! We will never disclose your details to anyone.

What do you do with my email address?

We never let anyone else use or see your email address. We send out a weekly newsletter, and occasional other emails, but you can unsubscribe from these (there is a link in each email) whenever you want, without it affecting your HelpHound membership. Please note, however, that we may need to contact you by email with regard to your reviews or HelpHound membership.

What should I choose for my username?

We advise not using your full name or email address. Choose a nickname, or perhaps your first name and the initial of your last name - e.g. 'John S'.
