If you are entering your review into Resolution™, following these simple guidelines will make it more likely that you will get a fast, positive response...
- Be direct - explain clearly what your issue is and explain how the business can help you resolve it
- Be accurate - stick to facts, and include as many as possible. Names and dates always help
- Be concise - stick to the issue you need resolving and be realistic in your expectations
- Be constructive - and make suggestions so the business can learn for the future
- Be polite - you are more likely to get a positive result if you are courteous
