    Not having Dialogue just cost us 3 ranking places…

    Yesterday a customer of http://www.thistribe.com gave us a one star review on Trustpilot after his next-day delivery took several days to arrive. We quickly investigated, contacted the customer and explained that the courier had made a mistake. The customer was satisfied enough to give us another four stars, but meanwhile our ranking dropped from 36 to 39 out of 528. Customer satisfaction is one of our key performance indicators so we place a high value on our ranking. We know that satisfied customers return direct to purchase from us, reducing affiliate commissions and advertising costs, so we're certainly interested in tools that give us a fair advantage.
